Weekly Predictions 10/13/07
So last week I did pretty well picking. USC won and Clemson lost. I was off on the Florida upset, but my week 6 record was 7-2. (I also missed on the Tenn beatdown of Georgia. Anyway, it is a new week, and I'll be featuring one game this week since our other local team is licking their "special"(team) wounds. USC v UNC I'll call this one the " Battle of the Carolinas ". Tarheels (2-4) Carolina North type is coming off a pretty big win over Miami. Butch Davis is laying the seeds of success at UNC, that is for sure. The only thing is that wasn't your daddy's Miami, a program who is in the same shape as Florida State; a mere shadow of its once prominent self. Anyway, the offense is run by redshirt freshman quarterback T.J. Yates. Right now he is completing 63% of his passes (100-163).
